Invoicing
of vehicles

I have not received the invoice for my vehicle.

The invoice for your vehicle is sent by email on the day your payment is received.

Will the invoice date be the same as the order form date?

No, the invoice date will be the date your payment is received.

I have the vehicle but I haven't received the registration document.

The registration document is sent the day after the vehicle leaves our lot, provided it has been paid for.

Paying for an "In-stock" vehicle

On your order form, at the top right in red, if it says "On-site" (Sur parc), Criel, or Nantes, then your vehicle is ready to be delivered.
You can therefore proceed with payment, and your delivery will be scheduled as soon as your payment is received (Carrier or client).

Paying for an "Off-site" vehicle

On your order form, at the top right in red, if it says "Off-site" (Hors parc), then your vehicle is not yet physically at one of our lots.
We will send you an email on the day your vehicle arrives at our lot.
You will be able to make your payment from that moment on.
